We'll start with a relaxed 10-minute consultation to explore what you’re hoping to get out of the session - whether it’s a fresh casting look, a more authentic headshot, or just feeling more like you on camera.
We’ll take a quick look through your outfit options and decide together where to begin.
Then we’ll ease into the shoot and move at a pace that feels natural. You'll be able to review images live as we go, so you can feel confident we’re aligned.

We’ll be shooting from our home studio with city views of the London skyline as we shoot. The home studio is a 2 minute walk from Tottenham Hale underground station, which is conveniently accessible via the Victoria Line and National Rail.

No, but there is free parking for up to 3 hours a short 5 minute walk away. There is also paid parking outside subject to availability.

It depends what package you decide to go with. The Precision Package is 60 minutes and will give you 3 retouched images, whereas The Full Scope Package will give you 5 retouched images.

You can purchase additional retouched images for £25 per image. You can also choose our bundle, which gives you 5 images for £100 (one free image).

You can purchase the entire unedited gallery for an additional £100.

We’ll aim to get your final edits to you within 2 weeks of you choosing your favourites.

We offer an express service where you’ll receive your final edits within 7 days for an additional £60.

It’s important you feel comfortable during the shoot. We’d recommend bringing a few options, perhaps including any muted tones in your wardrobe. It’s also best to avoid large logos and overly distracting patterns. That said, feel free to bring what you have and we’ll work it out together.

Yes, you can use the bathroom facilities during your shoot.

Unfortunately due to the nature of our sessions, only one person is able to attend.
If you have accessibility requirements and would like someone to attend the session with you, please let us know and we’ll work to accommodate your needs. -
There is an elevator from the ground floor entrance, which brings you directly to the studio.

If you would like to reschedule, please let us know at least 72 hours before your session, and there will be no additional charge to do so. For reschedules later than 72 hours before your original session, you may loose your initial deposit.
All cancellations must be made 72 hours before your session for a full refund (minus the non-refundable deposit). For cancelations after this timeframe, you will not receive your deposit back.
No shows will result in full payment being taken, if it hasn’t been already.
Please aim to arrive at least 5 minutes before your session time. If you’re running late, please let us know as soon as you can. All appointments account for a 15 minute grace period, however if you’re later than this, we’re not able to extend your session.
In extreme circumstance, we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs. It’s our hope that you can emphasise with the need to have a cancellation policy due to it impacting other client’s opportunities to book sessions.
